We value your trust in our products and services. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we invite you to review our policy on cancellations and refunds. This policy applies to all transactions made via our official website: https://planetecocare.com.

Interpretation and Definitions

Interpretation

Words with initial capitalization have meanings defined under the conditions below. These definitions apply regardless of whether they appear in singular or plural.

Definitions

  • Company refers to PlanetEco Care, also referred to as “We,” “Us,” or “Our.”

  • Goods refer to refurbished  medical equipment, devices, or related items offered for sale.

  • Services refer to offerings such as BME support, turnkey project handling, repairs, or consultations.

  • Order means a request made by you to purchase goods or services.

  • You means the individual or legal entity accessing or using the service.

Order Cancellation Rights

You have the right to cancel your order within 7 days of purchase or receipt (whichever is later), provided the product is unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging.

To exercise your cancellation rights, please contact us with a clear statement via one of the following:

Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving the returned goods, using the original payment method (PhonePe, Razorpay, or bank transfer). You will not incur any processing fees for the refund.

Return Conditions

Returns are only accepted if:

  • The goods were purchased within the last 7 days

  • The goods are unused, undamaged, and in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) is provided

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Customized or made-to-order equipment

  • Items used or damaged after delivery

  • Products that pose hygiene or contamination risks once unsealed

  • Spare parts or consumables unless defective

We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet the above criteria.


Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk associated with returning the item to us. Please return products to:

We recommend using an insured and trackable courier service. Refunds will only be processed after receipt and inspection of returned goods.


Gifts

If your order was marked as a gift and delivered directly to you, a gift credit may be issued once the return is confirmed.

If the gift was ordered by another person and delivered to them before being given to you, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
