  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • After processing, a confirmation email or WhatsApp message will be sent with tracking details (if applicable).

Shipping Locations

We currently offer delivery across pan-India.
If your shipping address is in a remote or service-restricted area, our team will notify you prior to dispatch.

Shipping Charges

  • Standard Delivery: Shipping fees depend on the product category, size, destination, and total order value. Charges will be visible at checkout.

  • Free Shipping: May be applicable on selected products or during promotional periods (subject to terms).

  • For bulk or medical equipment requiring special logistics, additional handling or delivery fees may apply. These charges will be shared before dispatch.

Delivery Timelines

  • Standard Items (e.g., accessories, small devices): 5–10 business days

  • Medical Equipment / Customized Orders: 10–20 business days, based on size, installation needs, and destination

Please note that timelines are estimated and may vary due to external factors.

Tracking and Delivery

  • You will receive tracking information via email or SMS/WhatsApp once the order is shipped.

  • Delivery is usually scheduled between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM, Monday to Saturday.

  • For large or sensitive equipment, our logistics team may coordinate with you in advance to schedule the delivery.

Installation Services

  • Installation support, if applicable, will be provided in select cities.

  • A prior appointment may be required. Our service or support team will reach out to schedule the installation after delivery.

⚠️ Please ensure accessibility for large items (such as clear doorways, staircases, elevators, etc.) at the delivery location.

Delivery Delays

Although we aim for prompt delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to:

  • Surge in orders during festivals or sales

  • Weather disruptions or strikes

  • Transport or courier issues

  • Availability of customized components

We will notify you of any delays via email or phone and work toward a timely resolution.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your shipment is:

  • Damaged: Please inform us within 24 hours of delivery. Share clear photographs and a description via email or WhatsApp.

  • Lost in Transit: Reach out to our team, and we’ll coordinate with our courier/logistics partner for a resolution.
